Since I’ll have my first (and probably only) encounter with Boracay in a couple of weeks, I made the famous Real Coffee and Tea Cafe’s Calamansi Muffin found in the island. Looking forward to taste the original one! :))
Recipe to be found here. They’re supposed to be golden brown and not-cracking. HAHA Those little green bits on top are calamansi zest I added. I also brushed calamansi concentrate (with honey) on top to glaze.
